Bolværket – the free-and-easy eating place of Kulturhavnen
Inspired by the Danish and Italian cuisine, we offer well-prepared food made from fresh produce. From a large wood stove we serve gourmet pizzas with thin and crispy wholegrain bottoms, fresh mozzarella cheese and choice of fillings in Roman tradition. If your preference is a cup of Italian coffee and a piece of cake, that is also available.
Music and exhibitions
Look out for our specially organised events, which include live music both indoors and out on Kulturbroen. You can book or buy tickets for the scheduled events on www.gillelejebio.dk. In Galleriet “the Gallery” you will find a variety of art exhibitions arranged by professionals with a thorough knowledge of art and exhibitions.
